Lise Birkeland

Lise Birkeland has extensive experience in financial management and performance control within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Controller at Aker BP ASA since March 2018, Lise has held various roles including Business Unit Controller and Cost Controller. Prior experience includes positions at Maersk Oil from November 2010 to March 2018 as an Operational Buyer & Contracts Coordinator and Cost Controller, and a Controller at Technor AS for a brief period in 2010. Lise also worked as an Inventory Accountant at Baker Hughes from May 2007 to February 2010. Lise holds a degree from the University of Stavanger, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
