Svein Helge Tjessem

Svein Helge Tjessem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project control, currently serving as the Portfolio Project Control Manager at Aker BP ASA since August 2022. Previously, Tjessem held multiple roles at ConocoPhillips from January 2007 to November 2022, including Project Control Manager for Europe Capital Projects, where implementation of common procedures across Norway and the UK was a key achievement. Other significant positions included leading the Greater Ekofisk Area Project Control and acting as the EPMS Global Implementation Lead, successfully addressing over 100 gaps in system functionality.
