Trond Johansen

Trond Johansen is an experienced Advanced Subsea Engineer currently employed at Aker BP ASA since January 2023. Previously, Trond held various senior roles at Lundin Energy Norway from October 2013 to January 2023, including Senior Advisor SPS in the Drilling Department and Discipline Lead for Wellhead and Xmas Tree Systems. Trond's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Technical Advisor for the Ormen Lange Subsea Gas Compression Project at Shell and a long tenure at Total E&P, where responsibilities encompassed senior advisory roles for subsea production systems across global projects, notably in Angola. Trond began a career in subsea engineering at Statoil and Norsk Hydro, contributing to significant field developments such as the Aasgard Field and various subsea projects. Trond holds a Master's degree in Offshore Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, obtained between 1981 and 1984.
