Idun Heier has extensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Idun is currently serving as the Group Chief Accountant at Aker Horizons since December 2020. Before that, they worked at Akastor ASA from September 2014 to November 2020, where they held the position of Head of Financial Reporting. Prior to that, they were employed at Aker Solutions as the Head of Group Accounting from September 2008 to August 2014. Idun also worked for Aker Yards as the VP Group Accounting from 2001 to 2008. Idun began their career at Deloitte, where they worked as a Manager from 1993 to 2001.
Idun Heier attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 1995 to 1996 where they pursued a degree in Statsaut revisor. Prior to this, they attended BI Norwegian Business School from 1989 to 1993 and obtained a degree in Siviløkonom. The field of study for both degrees is not provided.
