Kristian Røkke

Kristian Røkke has held various roles in different companies. Since August 2020, they have been the Chief Executive Officer of Aker Horizons. Kristian is also the Chairman of Mainstream Renewable Power since May 2021, the Chairman of Philly Shipyard, Inc. since April 2020, and the Chairman of Akastor ASA since April 2018. Additionally, they are a Board Member of Aker Carbon Capture since August 2020 and American Shipping Company ASA since April 2017. Kristian has served as a Board Member of TRG Holding AS since January 2008. Røkke is also involved in the hydrogen and offshore wind sectors, being a Board Member of Aker Clean Hydrogen since February 2021 and the Chairman of Aker Offshore Wind since August 2020. Lastly, they became the Chairman of REC Silicon in December 2021, holding the position until March 2022.
