Kyrre Grinde-Andersen

Kyrre Grinde-Andersen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Starting in 1989, they worked in various controller roles at Schlumberger until 1995. From 1995 to 2001, they held positions at Eastman Kodak, where they served as the Finance Manager for Consumer Nordic and later became the General Manager for Norway. Kyrre then moved to Sense Communications International ASA in 2001, working as the CFO until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the CFO for Telio Holding ASA. Subsequently, they were the CFO at Vector Group from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they also worked as the Executive Vice President and CFO, including compliance, at Eureka Group AS (formerly Align AS) from 2011 to 2021. In 2021, they joined AION as the Chief Financial Officer, and in 2022, they became the Finance Lead for Asset Development at Aker Horizons. In addition to their corporate roles, since 2015, Grinde-Andersen has been the Executive Chairman of Grinde AS, a real estate company focused on commercial activities and providing support for ex-drug addicts.

Kyrre Grinde-Andersen completed an Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in 2003 and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) between 1982 and 1986. Additionally, they attended the Royal Norwegian Air Force non-commissioned officers school from 1980 to 1982. In 2016, Kyrre Grinde-Andersen pursued a course on Effective Communication of Financial Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analysis at Clariden. Kyrre also participated in a program called Creating Value through Financial Management at Clariden in 2013. In 2018, they attended the INSEAD In-Board Academy Nordics 2018 program.
