Eirik Dufseth

Eirik Dufseth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in outfitting engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager for the Outfitting Engineering department at Aker Solutions since October 2020. Dufseth oversees a team of multidiscipline specialist engineers, focusing on concept development studies and tender activities within the Concrete Solutions business area. Prior experience at Kvaerner includes roles as Multidiscipline Specialist and Vice President of Outfitting Engineering, leading various projects such as the Hywind Tampen FEED & EPCI tender and the Hebron GBS Project. Earlier positions at Aker Solutions involved managing mechanical outfitting engineering for significant projects and starting a career at AKZO NOBEL as an Account Executive. Dufseth holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
