Eva Drageset

Eva Drageset has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Eva is currently working as the Vice President People & Organization | Life cycle at Aker Solutions since March 2023. Prior to this, Eva held various positions at SANDS Advokatfirma DA, including Senioradvokat, Styremedlem, and Special Counsel. Eva also served as a Board Member at Frende Forsikring starting from June 2019. Eva has further contributed to the field of law and education as a Utvalgsmedlem fagutvalget for erstatningsrett at JUS - Juristenes Utdanningssenter, a Høyskolelektor/foreleser juridiske fag/ HR/arbeids- og personaljus at BI Norwegian Business School, and a Sensor juridiske fag at Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Earlier in their career, they co-founded Drageset & Preto ANS and worked there as a Partner/Advokat. Eva has also served as a Nemndsmedlem at FORSVARSDEPARTEMENTET and worked as an Advokat at Tryg. Their first role in the legal field was as an Advokat at Advokat Collegiet AS.

Eva Drageset completed their education in various institutions. Eva attended the University of Bergen (UiB) from 1988 to 1992 and obtained a Cand.jur degree in Jus. Later, in 1991 to 1994, they pursued a Master's degree in Organisasjonsledelse at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). In 2018 to 2019, Eva Drageset enrolled in the BI Norwegian Business School and completed an Executive Master of Management degree with a specialization in Ledelse. Additionally, they briefly studied at Collegio San Vicente de Paul, Panama, from 1984 to 1985. Recently, in 2020 to 2021, they returned to the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) to pursue an additional program called "Brytningstid - omstilling og innovasjonsledelse."
