Kyle Donald is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer currently leading Operations & Maintenance for critical High Voltage Direct Current platforms at Aker Solutions, specifically for the Sunrise Wind, Norfolk Vanguard West, and East Anglia THREE projects. Previous experience includes roles as a Junior Mechanical Engineer and AIM Engineer, where Kyle contributed to inspection improvement projects and supported Asset Integrity Management within the Oil & Gas and Renewables sectors. Prior positions at Add Energy involved consultancy in materials engineering, while earlier roles as a Petrotechnical Data Analyst Team Lead at Energective and a Subsurface Research Partner at Chevron provided expertise in data analysis and theoretical model review. Kyle's engineering foundation is strengthened by a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Engineering Honours in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Aberdeen.
