Per Johansen

Per Johansen is currently the Vice President of HR & Administration at Aker Solutions, a role held since 2003. They have a robust background in human resources, having previously served as an HR Manager at Kværner Egersund and as an HR Advisor at both Mobil Exploration Norway and Statoil. Prior to their corporate experience, Per was an Adjutant for the Norwegian Force Commander with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon and worked as a Personnel Officer in the Norwegian Army. Per holds a degree in Personnel Administration from the University of Stavanger and completed officer training at the Norwegian Army.
