Silje Gasser Meuche

Silje Gasser Meuche currently serves as a Strategic Learning Partner at Aker Solutions since May 2023. Prior to this role, Silje held the position of Director People & Culture at Aker BioMarine from October 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading an HR team and implementing a comprehensive People program aligned with corporate strategy. Silje's earlier experience includes significant roles at DNV, where contributions as a Senior Learning Consultant and Learning Consultant involved developing innovative learning solutions for the Oil & Gas sector and facilitating critical corporate competencies. Silje began a career in education as a Homeroom Teacher at Lysaker skole from May 2002 to June 2004. Silje holds a Master's degree in Educational Science with a focus on Organizational Learning from the University of Oslo, alongside additional qualifications in organization and management studies and teacher training.
