Hemant Goswami

Hemant Goswami has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Hemant started their career in 2014 as a Lead Symfony2 Developer at Newspress, where they designed and developed a multi-lingual application for multiple clients. Hemant then moved on to Ordnance Survey, where they worked as a Lead PHP Developer and successfully ported a Silverlight-based web application into HTML5.

In 2015, Hemant joined Salmon, a global commerce service provider, as a Senior PHP Developer. Hemant worked on projects for clients such as Domestic and General Ltd, where they added features to an existing application and optimized it. Hemant also worked on a complex project for Travelodge Ltd, which required meeting tight deadlines.

Later in 2015, Hemant worked at Encompass Digital Media, Inc. as a Senior PHP Developer and contributed to their mission-critical media capture and distribution services. Hemant then returned to Salmon as a Senior PHP Developer and worked on various projects.

In 2016, Hemant worked at Elevate as a Senior PHP Developer, focusing on the backend of the project based on Zend Framework 1 and Silex 1. Hemant also worked at UK Home Office as a Senior Node.js/Web Developer, where they faced challenges related to confidential data sources and legacy system migration.

In 2017, Hemant joined Aker Systems as a Software Engineer and worked on a project based on Node.js, with a focus on cloud transition, transformation, and data engineering.

Most recently, Hemant has been working at UK Home Office as a Senior JAVA Developer, utilizing their expertise in Java development.

Throughout their career, Hemant has gained experience in various technologies and has consistently taken on challenging projects in sectors such as government, finance, and intelligence.

Hemant Goswami completed their education in a chronological order starting from their secondary school. From 1994 to 1999, they attended A. M. K. Premier High School where they obtained their SSC degree with a focus on O Levels. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology specializing in Computer Software Engineering at Lala Lajpat Rai College from 2002 to 2005. Lastly, from 2006 to 2008, Hemant attended Brunel University London to advance their knowledge in Enterprise Systems Development and completed a Masters degree.
