Donald David

Donald David is a Senior Litigation Shareholder at Akerman Senterfitt, where leadership extends to overseeing the Local Practice Group for Commercial Litigation since July 2007. Prior to this role, Donald served as a Senior Litigation Partner at Cozen O'Connor, supervising commercial litigation attorneys in the uptown office from March 2005 to July 2008. Donald's extensive litigation experience includes multiple senior roles at Fischbein Badillo and its predecessor firm, where oversight was provided to litigation attorneys from 1996 to 2005. Earlier in Donald's career, from 1983 to 1996, leadership as Senior Litigation Partner at Dreyer and Traub involved managing a litigation department of 20 to 45 attorneys. Donald holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.
