Paul Quinn is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Chair of the M&A and Private Equity Group at Akerman LLP since January 2016, Quinn has built a robust career through prominent positions at prestigious firms, including Partner roles at Paul Hastings and Kirkland & Ellis, as well as Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Quinn earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
