Silvia Alderman

Silvia Alderman is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in environmental law and regulation. Currently serving as Chair of the Water Task Force at Akerman LLP since 2004, Silvia has also held the role of Office Managing Partner in the Tallahassee office from 2007 to 2015. Prior to joining Akerman, Silvia was a founding shareholder and member of the Executive Committee at Katz, Kutter, Alderman & Bryant, P.A. from 1987 until its merger with Akerman in 2004. Previous experience includes a tenure as a shareholder at Swann & Haddock, P.A. and as Deputy General Counsel at the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation. Silvia received a JD from Florida State University College of Law in 1977.
