Trent Halasek

Trent Halasek is an accomplished sales and operations professional with extensive experience in the packaging industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Akers Packaging Service Group, Trent oversees a team of eleven sellers and fourteen direct reports within a fully automated box plant. Previously, as General Manager of Hood Container Corporation's Sheet Plant, Trent led a team of 60 employees, managing P&L responsibilities, sales growth, productivity, capital improvements, and strategic planning. As a Business Improvement Manager, Trent facilitated process initiatives across eleven facilities and ensured effective resource allocation. Early career roles included Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Greif, Inc., focusing on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, and Staff Accountant at Packaging Unlimited, where Trent developed financial acumen. Trent holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
