Marit Haugnes

Marit Haugnes has extensive experience in the fields of psychology, human resources, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Konsulent in arbeids- og organisasjonspsykologi at Avonova Census since August 2021, Marit has held a Special Advisor position at Akershus universitetssykehus since January 2012, providing HR-related guidance across the healthcare enterprise. Previous roles include serving as team leader and daily leader at SOLHEIM HMS-SENTER SA, researcher at The Norwegian Police University College, and various therapeutic positions in Lillestrøm, Oslo, and Trondheim. Marit holds a Cand. Polit. degree with a specialization in arbeids- og organisasjonspsykologi and helsepsykologi from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Oslo.
