Humberto Santana Jr.

Humberto Santana Jr. has extensive experience in data management and technical support, currently serving as Helpdesk Manager at AKF Group since March 2013. Previously, Humberto held various roles at Bailey House, Inc. from January 2004 to March 2013, including Data Manager, Database Administrator, and Help Desk Support Technician, where responsibilities encompassed data collection, system implementation, user support, and collaboration on program evaluation. Humberto earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from LIU Brooklyn between 1998 and 2005.
