Brian Bojar started their work experience in 2004 as a Manufacturing Supervisor at G&W Laboratories. Brian was responsible for planning and executing the daily production schedule and supervising the Union staff. Brian then moved on to become a QA Operations Supervisor, where they supervised the Quality Assurance operation and inspection. Brian later became a Senior Q.A Compliance Analyst, participating in decisions regarding investigations and approving corrective actions.

In 2022, Brian joined June Jacobs Spa Collection as the Director of Quality Assurance, where they were responsible for ensuring quality control and compliance. Brian currently holds the position of Director of Quality and Compliance at Arcade Beauty, beginning in 2023.
