Larry Berman began their work experience in 1991 as an Account Director at Retail Communications Corp. Larry then transitioned to Arcade Beauty in 1999, where they held the role of Senior Sales Director. In this role, they identified new market opportunities and implemented successful turnaround strategies for underperforming accounts. Larry later served as Vice President of Sales before their current position as Senior Vice President of Sales, North America, a role they have held since 2016. In their current position, Larry is responsible for overseeing sales in North America for Arcade Beauty, a global leader in sampling fragrance, cosmetics, and skincare products.
From 1988 to 1991, Larry Berman attended the University of Maryland and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in American Government and Politics (United States).
