Virginie Lemeunier has a diverse work experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Virginie worked as the Vice President of Sales at Arcade Beauty, where they focused on bringing sampling solutions to the industry. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Axilone USA, where they developed a new business strategy for customers like NARS/ Shiseido, Revlon, and Elizabeth Arden. Before that, they worked as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Bioplan Flexpaq USA, specializing in turn-key solutions for sampling and mini products. Virginie also worked at REXAM Personal Care as the Global Marketing Manager for airless and skincare applications, responsible for product launch pipeline and strategic planning. Earlier in their career, they served as a Technical Sales Manager at Rexam PLC and as a Project Manager at REXAM SOFAB.
Virginie Lemeunier completed their education with a focus on marketing and international trade. In 1993, they attended Ruhr University Bochum for one year and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Trade. Following this, they enrolled at the University of North Texas in 1993 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing the following year. Lastly, they pursued further education at the University of Limerick from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing.
