Erica Shafir is an experienced talent acquisition and management professional with a diverse background across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Tech Talent at Akili Interactive, Erica focuses on creating digital medicines through innovative technology and video games. Prior roles include Head of Talent and Culture at AiMi, where Erica facilitated software solutions for music artists, and as Lead Recruiter at The Sourcery, developing unique talent strategies for startups.
