Gerard Bailey

Gerard Bailey has extensive experience in security and operations management across various roles. Currently serving as a Detention Officer at Akima Global Services, LLC since April 2016, Gerard supervises detainee behavior, conducts searches, and communicates effectively with staff and detainees. Previously, Gerard worked as a Public Safety and Senior Security Officer at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, focusing on maintaining a safe environment. Prior experience includes management roles at Burlington Coat Factory as a Receiving Manager and at Nino's Italian Food Distributor as an Assistant Warehouse Manager. Gerard holds an Associate's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Miami Dade College, completed between 2012 and 2016, and attended Hialeah High School from 1983 to 1985.
