Sarah Enders is an experienced FIND Specialist at the Children's Home Society of Washington, where responsibilities include creating strengths-based training videos for early learning educators to promote healthy social-emotional development. Prior experience includes serving as a Learning Assistance Paraeducator at Shoreline Public Schools, where support was provided for students with behavioral needs, and as Program Supervisor at the YMCA of Greater Seattle, leading after-school enrichment for K-5 students. Additionally, Sarah held the position of Mobility Mentoring Project Coordinator as an AmeriCorps member, coordinating an anti-poverty initiative and creating extensive community resource guides. Sarah Enders holds a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Western Washington University.
