Scott Heimberg

Scott Heimberg is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP since January 1988, where representation of clients in government business expansion and legal counsel on fraud, waste, and abuse issues are primary responsibilities. Since 2015, Scott has also been a Board Member at PHILLIPS Programs for Children and Families, and previously held a board position at Verbatim from 2008 to 2009. Early in the career, Scott worked as an Attorney Advisor at the US Department of Transportation from 1985 to 1987. Scott holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Franklin & Marshall College.
