Colin A. Dease

Mr. Dease was appointed Mr. Dease was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2023. Mr. Dease previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer from June 2022 to April 2023, as President, Canadian Division from May 2021 to June 2022 and as Vice President, Canadian Operations from November 2019 to April 2021. Prior to his operational appointment, Mr. Dease served as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel. An experienced lawyer by profession, Mr. Dease is a Director of the CAOEC (Canadian Association of Energy Contractors) and holds the Governance Fellows Designation from NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors).
