Loraine M. Charlton

Ms. Charlton is Vice President of Lintus Resources Limited, an oil and gas exploration and production company. She was Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Investors Petroleum Consultants Ltd. (an oil and gas consulting and management company) from 1996 to 2005. Ms. Charlton holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, has completed the Certified Financial Planner Program through the Canadian Institute of Financial Planning and has obtained her certification from the Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors.
