Lauren Enser Cmgr McMi

Lauren Enser has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauren began their career in 2012 as an IT Support professional at Efficient Air Ltd. In 2013, they joined Heatcatcher Ltd as an IT Professional and then moved to Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust as an ICT Technician. Later in 2013, they joined Hospice in the Weald, where they held positions as an ICT Analyst, ICT Operations Analyst, and eventually became the ICT Manager. In 2019, Lauren joined Akita as a Technical Consultant and later worked as a Consultant and Business Integrator. Currently, they hold the role of Operations Director at Akita.

Lauren Enser CMgr MCMI has a solid education background in business and management. Lauren achieved a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science with Honours in Management from the University of Kent, which they attended from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels at Uckfield Community Technology College from 2008 to 2011. Lauren studied Applied ICT, Business Studies, and Graphic Design during their time there.

In addition to their formal education, Lauren has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Lauren has achieved a Chartered Management qualification with Distinction from the Chartered Management Institute in March 2023. Lauren also holds a PRINCE2® Foundation certification from ICS Learn, obtained in November 2021. Additionally, they are recognized as an APM Student by the Association for Project Management.
