Giridhar Akkineni is the CEO and Chief Architect of AkkenCloud. Prior to this, they were the President of InterWorldnet Inc from February 1998 to April 2002. InterWorldnet Inc is an IT/Technical Staffing company specializing in resources to support the Y2K problem and DOT com technologies.

Giridhar has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Giridhar has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Giridhar is a member of IEEE and holds multiple patents in cloud computing.

Giridhar Akkineni obtained their Masters in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport.
