Ishani Gaur

Ishani Gaur is a Co-Founder and CEO at Akoni Technologies since March 2023, where also serves as a Commercial Lawyer. As a Volunteer Contracts Advisor for Step by Step Partnership Ltd, Ishani dedicates time to reviewing and drafting commercial contracts. Prior legal roles include serving as UK Legal Counsel at Eckoh and Legal Counsel at Akoni Technologies, along with various positions as Senior Contract Manager at Bottomline Technologies, Commercial Lawyer at Orbis Tech, and Legal Contracts Manager at Tech Data. Additional experience encompasses working as Commercial Lead for the Cabinet Office's Test and Trace program and as a Commercial Contract Manager at IRI. Ishani has expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and holds a Master's degree in Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham and an L.L.B (Hons) from Bhartiya Vidyapeeth University in India.
