Yuval Gonczarowski

Yuval Gonczarowski has extensive work experience, beginning with a role as a Research Analyst at YG Acoustics in 2003. Yuval then served as an Officer in the Israeli Defense Forces, Unit 8200 from 2003 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Intel Corporation as an Emulation Engineer, where they were responsible for FPGA prototyping and automation of processes. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Apple as a Prototype Engineer, researching and programming final-product designs. During this time, they also worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company. In 2016, they joined the MIT Media Lab as a Maker Guru, and in 2018, they joined Tomorrow.io (formerly ClimaCell) as CTO and SVP, New Technologies and Products. In 2020, they founded Akooda, where they currently serve as SCN (Socially Capable Nerd) and CEO.

Yuval Gonczarowski has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School in Business Administration and Management, General. Yuval also has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have two other certifications from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
