Mark Bowman

Mark Bowman has a diverse range of work experience in the field of eCommerce and web development. Mark has worked as an Ecommerce Architect at akoova since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Ecommerce / Magento Architect as a contractor in 2022. From 2021 to 2022, they were an Ecommerce Architect at MADE.COM. Before that, from 2016 to 2021, they held the position of Head of Development & IT at BrandAlley.co.uk, where they focused on architecture, AWS, security, and strategy. From 2014 to 2016, they were Head of Web Services at Gravytrain, responsible for Magento, Wordpress, and Java development. Mark previously worked at WEBREVOLVE INTERNATIONAL LTD as Head Of Development from 2012 to 2014, FIREBALL MEDIA LIMITED as Lead Developer from 2011 to 2012, and Un.titled as a Magento Developer in 2011. Their early career includes working as Technical Lead / Senior Developer at ANIMATE INTERNET LIMITED from 2005 to 2011 and as Manager / Owner of Fresh Monday Group Limited from 2002 to 2005.
