Christian H.

Christian H. has extensive work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Christian began their career as a Facilities Technician at Idenix Pharmaceuticals in 2007. Christian then moved on to Acceleron Pharma, where they worked as a Facilities Specialist, managing the day-to-day facility operations of three buildings.

In 2011, Christian joined AVEO Pharmaceuticals as a Research Facilities Coordinator, where they assisted with daily operational needs, procurement of supplies and equipment, and the acquisition of real estate. Christian then transitioned to ARIAD Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Facilities Support Specialist, collaborating with research staff and aiding in the procurement and logistical process.

Christian's next role was as a Lab Manager at bluebird bio, where they managed EHS, facilities, and lab operations. Christian oversaw the implementation of safety manuals, managed permitting, and implemented workflow processes.

Christian then joined Voyager Therapeutics as a Manager of Lab Operations and later moved to Rheos Medicines as a Manager of Facilities & Lab Operations. In these roles, Christian was responsible for managing and overseeing lab operations and facilities.

Currently, Christian is working as a Senior Lab Manager at Akouos, where they continue to contribute their expertise in lab management.

Christian H. has a diverse education history which includes a high school diploma from Melrose High School in 1993, where they studied general studies. Following this, they attended Johnson & Wales University from 1993 to 1995 and earned an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts. Christian then pursued further education at Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a B.S. degree in Project Management in 2012. In 2017, they also completed a training program at IATA Training, although no degree or field of study is specified for this program.
