Currently serving as a Senior Communications Consultant at Akoya, Annika manages strategic communications for the U.S. Contract. Previously, as a Senior Account Director at Antenna Group, Annika oversaw PR and marketing communications for climate-focused companies with significant budgets. Experience includes roles at Archetype and Text100, where Annika led PR initiatives for B2B and B2C technology clients, and contributed to the agency’s analytics practice. Earlier roles at The Siren Agency and Saatchi & Saatchi S emphasized CSR strategies and media relations. Annika's career began at Blue Orange Games, focusing on marketing and community engagement.
