Anthony Catalano

Anthony Catalano has a strong background in operations and management. Anthony is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at Akoya Biosciences, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Development at Bruker Cellular Analysis. From 2010 to 2021, Catalano was the Senior Director of Operations at Revvity, where they had responsibilities such as managing a global staff, overseeing multi-site operations, and operating global shipping and distribution centers. Anthony also worked as the Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations at VisEn Medical Inc. from 2001 to 2010, where they were responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, quality, product engineering, supply chain, and service. Before that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Nova Biomedical and as a Scientist at Zimmer Biomet. In these roles, they gained experience in process engineering, formulation, testing, and research and development.

Anthony Catalano has a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from Brandeis University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1992 to 1996. Anthony obtained their High School Diploma from St. John's Prep from 1988 to 1992. Anthony also has additional certifications such as the Life Science & Technology Hero Award from PerkinElmer, Inc. in 2012, a FMEA Workshop certification from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1999, membership in the Sigma Xi Scientific Research Society at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 1996, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from PerkinElmer, Inc.
