Giancarlo Castiglioni has a diverse work experience in the field of design and marketing. Giancarlo started their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer for InScena! in 2015 and later worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Vimbly in 2017. In the same year, they joined Rentah.com as a Visual/Graphic Designer, where they redesigned their website and landing page, leading to increased application downloads and helped raise funds through a crowdfunding campaign.

In 2017, Giancarlo also worked as a Graphic Designer for the Office for Visual Interaction, where they contributed to expanding the studio's online presence and designed presentations for architectural projects. Giancarlo continued working with the company until 2020.

In 2020, Giancarlo founded Ideas Mate and worked as its Founder and Designer. Giancarlo also worked as a Freelance Contractor for Braven during the same period.

Giancarlo Castiglioni has a diverse education history. Giancarlo began their academic journey in 2011 at Queens College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design. Giancarlo successfully completed this program in 2015. In 2019, Giancarlo enrolled in a short-term program at BrainStation, earning a User Interface Design Certificate with a focus on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, Giancarlo attended LaGuardia Community College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities.
