Monika Saboo

Monika Saboo is a seasoned management consultant currently at Akoya since September 2024. Previously, Monika served as the Director of Product Engineering and Head of Delivery & Planning at InvestCloud Financial Supermarket™ from January 2022 to September 2024, leading global product engineering teams and driving client value through agile delivery. In a prior role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from February 2015 to December 2021, Monika was a Product Owner for the Design System, modernizing engineering practices and enhancing digital initiatives across the firm. Monika also held the position of Program Director at North Shore-LIJ Health System, where responsibilities included overseeing Quality Management. As an adjunct faculty member at Long Island University, Monika taught courses in Management Engineering. Monika’s early career included a tenure at The Long Island Rail Road, progressively advancing to Manager for Systems Development. Monika holds a Master's degree in Management Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management, both from Long Island University.
