Nico Ricchini

Nico Ricchini is a multifaceted dancer and director with extensive experience in the contemporary dance scene. Currently performing with the Akram Khan Company, Nico was previously a rehearsal director and dancer for productions like "Chotto Desh" and "Chotto Xenos." As Co-Artistic Director of the FRE3 BODIES Youth Company Program in Barcelona, and a resident teacher for Varium since 2012, Nico actively nurtures the next generation of dancers. Additionally, Nico founded Big Story Productions, managing various dance companies across Europe. With a career spanning over a decade, Nico has also performed and served in various roles with companies including Lali Ayguadé Company, Cia La Taimada, and Clod Ensemble, while holding multiple academic qualifications in dance and literature.
