Dan Abatemarco

Dan’s vast experience with the New York City Noise Control Code, New York City Department of Buildings Code, and noise E-Designation compliance guidelines make him a valuable team member for a variety of project assignments.

Dan oversees the firm’s practice in environmental noise and vibration analysis, control, and mitigation, including for construction noise and vibration monitoring. He conducts and performs acoustical measurements, testing and modeling, evaluation of acoustical projections, and makes recommendations for mitigation. Dan has extensively used Computer Aided Noise Abatement (CadnaA), the Traffic Noise Model, Federal Transit Administration Noise and Vibration Impact Assessment Manual, and the Roadway Construction Noise Model.
