Alexander Berkovich

Alexander Berkovich has worked in the AI/ML and Computer Vision/AI space since 2006. Alexander began their career at Hewlett Packard (HP) Labs as a Software Tester in 2006 and then moved to an Algorithm Developer, Computer Vision role in 2007. In 2010, they joined General Electric HealthCare CT Team as a System Engineer, where they developed a framework to reduce radiation in chest CT scans. From 2012 to 2019, they held various roles at Pixtr, D.I.R Technologies, Blackmagic Design, Dragontail Systems, and Verra Mobility, including Senior Algorithm Developer, Senior Data Scientist, R&D Manager, and Senior Technical Architect. Since 2019, they have been working at Akridata and icetana as a Principal AI/ML Engineer and Principal Machine Learning Engineer, respectively.

Alexander Berkovich attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a BSc in Electrical Engineering, a BA in Physics, and a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering. Alexander then returned to Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009 to obtain a Masters in Electrical Engineering.
