Joseph Reilly has a diverse work experience in the property management and asset services field. Joseph is currently serving as the Vice President and Director of Property Management and Asset Services at Akridge since March 2022. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Vice President of Asset Services (January 2021 - March 2022) and General Manager of Asset Services (September 2018 - January 2021) at the same company.
Before joining Akridge, Joseph worked at Liberty Property Trust as a General Manager from April 2011 to September 2018. During their tenure, they managed various projects, including 1100 17th St. NW (150k SF), 1129 20th St. NW (180k SF), and 1425 NY Ave.
Joseph'searlier experience includes working at Hines as a Property Manager from March 2008 to March 2011 and as an Assistant Property Manager from October 2006 to March 2008. Joseph started their career at Reit Management & Research LLC as an Assistant to VP Mid-Atlantic from March 2004 to October 2006.
Joseph Reilly obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Science from Penn State University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002.
