Mohammad Wais

Mohammad Wais has extensive work experience in various sales and management roles. Mohammad is currently working as the Business Director of HR Innovation at Akrivia HCM since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sales for the MENA region at Advantage Club from November 2022 to July 2023. Mohammad also worked as the Country Sales Manager- Tech Licensing Specialist at Talentera from April 2021 to November 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Country Sales Manager at X0PA AI from September 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they were a self-employed consultant from May 2019 to September 2020. Mohammad also gained valuable experience at Bayt.com, where they held various roles including Team Leader, Enterprise Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, and Relationship Manager specialized in the recruitment agency market. Their responsibilities included lead generation, client consultation, market research, and team management. Their tenure at Bayt.com spanned from 2010 to 2019.

Mohammad Wais attended the American International School Abu Dhabi from 1998 to 2003, achieving High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Mohammad then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Abu Dhabi University, graduating in 2010.
