Saurabh Sharma

Saurabh Sharma began their career at Infosys in 2008 as a System Engineer, where they served as a team lead for a support project. Saurabh then moved on to Pidilite Industries Limited in 2013, working as a Section Head for special projects aimed at improving sales force productivity. After that, they joined ICICI Lombard in 2015 as a Sales Manager, first managing the private car insurance portfolio for the Faridabad region and later managing Bancassurance partnerships in the Chandigarh tri-city region. In 2018, they became a Business Development Manager at Emaar MGF, responsible for promoting and selling Dubai-based properties in India. In 2019, they joined RenewBuy as a Chief Manager, overseeing the Commercial Vehicle portfolio and focusing on profitability and collaboration between departments. In 2020, they became the Circle Head at LEAD School, leading the business development team for the Haryana region. Currently, they are working at Akrivia HCM as an Associate Director, responsible for business development and marketing of the HRMS product in North India.

Saurabh Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication at Jaypee University of Information Technology from 2004 to 2008. Saurabh then pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, from 2011 to 2013.
