Tamara Todd

Tamara Todd has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Traffic Magistrate at Akron Municipal Court since January 2015, presiding over traffic-related cases and managing the License Intervention Program. Prior roles at Akron Municipal Court include Magistrate and Judicial Associate, where research, writing, and case adjudication were key responsibilities. As a Judicial Attorney for Judge Annalisa Stubbs Williams, Tamara conducted legal research and oversaw the civil docket. Previous positions include Hearing Officer at the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, Assistant Director of Law/Assistant Prosecutor, and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, all contributing to a robust background in litigation, advocacy, and courtroom procedures. Tamara holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Akron and has a strong foundation in criminal justice, beginning with a Bachelor's degree from Kent State University.
