Jessica Robertson, M.Ed., is an experienced educator and counselor currently serving as an Elementary School Counselor at Firestone Park Elementary School within Akron Public Schools. Jessica began this role in February 2022, contributing to the PBIS team and achieving a Bronze Award during the 2022-2023 academic year. Previously, Jessica held positions at The University of Akron as an Assistant Program Director for Upward Bound Classic and as an Academic Advisor for the same program, where funding was secured for a five-year grant cycle. Additional experience includes serving as a Substitute Teacher and Educational Aide in various school districts, as well as a School Counseling Intern at Mogadore Jr & Sr High School. Jessica's educational background includes a Master of Education in School Counseling from Malone University, as well as earlier studies at Liberty University and the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts. Professional development efforts encompass participation in numerous training events and workshops relevant to school counseling and student support.
