Caroline Lutz

Caroline Lutz has significant experience in event management and corporate engagement, currently serving as the Development Events & Corporate Engagement Manager at Akron Zoo since August 2018. Previously held roles include Events and Marketing Coordinator and Events and Marketing Specialist at the same organization, where a strong focus was placed on event planning and communication. Prior to this, experience at The Legends of Massillon Golf Course involved leading customer service efforts as a Counter Attendant and Banquet Server Team Lead. Additional experience includes a Sports Marketing Game Day Internship at IMG College, where relationship-building with patrons and ensuring sponsor recognition were key responsibilities. Caroline also contributed as a Communications Intern at Akron Zoo, where tasks included writing articles, creating press releases, and assisting with various events. Caroline earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Kent State University in 2017.
