Necati Baykal, who graduated from Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, started his professional career in 1982 as Production Planning Manager at WAT Electric Motor Factory. Baykal was appointed as the Import Manager at Aksa Makine Sanayi A.Ş. Baykal, who was appointed as the Chairman of Aksa Power Generation, after his managerial duties in Kazancı Holding companies; He continues to serve as Aksa Power Generation Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Board of Kazancı Holding Electricity Distribution Companies and Aksa Natural Gas Board Member.
