Oktay Sener is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in managing and advising on regulatory and litigation matters, currently serving as the Managing Partner at Aksan Law Firm since October 2011. In this role, Oktay Sener provides counsel to financial institutions, private companies, and Exporters Unions, with a focus on international litigation and asset recoveries. Prior to this position, Oktay Sener was a Senior Associate, handling various domestic and international disputes, and served as a Board Member at Yaz Bilgi Sistemleri A.S., overseeing legal issues related to software products. Additionally, Oktay Sener held the role of Head of the International Litigation Team at TMSF, managing international legal transactions and cases before tribunals. Oktay Sener began a legal career as an intern at Yıldırımakın Hukuk Bürosu and holds an LL.B in Law from the University of Istanbul.
