Esa has more than 20 years experience in developing business and IT operations and related information systems. Before joining Akselera Esa has been leading IT and Enterprise application consulting services in global management consulting firms. He has also been responsible for sales and consulting services as well as Project Manager with a global ERP vendor. In addition, he has been responsible for managing logistics operations.

Esa is an experienced sparring partner to management teams and persons responsible for development initiatives. He has an extensive hands-on experience in wide spectrum of topics in developing business and IT operations as well as information systems.
