Jan Branaes

Jan has extensive experience of managing large and mid-size business improvement projects – in both the private and public sector – using IT solutions as an enabler. He has managed selection and implementation projects involving software and SaaS vendors, such as SAP, Microsoft, IFS, Oracle, Infor, Unit4 and Visma (EPJ – Electronic Patient Journal). He has also assisted customers in the selection and implementation of technical infrastructure and software designed data centres (SDDC). Jan has also led IT application architecture projects during M&A processes, where efficient use of IS/IT was an important element in realizing identified business benefits.

Over the past five years, Jan has also been involved in several turnaround projects, starting with a project health check identifying the actions needed to bring the project “back on track”, and then playing central roles in managing the project going forward to a successful delivery.
